Museum etiquette

Museum etiquette is a shared commitment that helps protect the artworks and ensures a comfortable viewing experience for all visitors. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable museum environment.


  • Photography is permitted with mobile phones only. Professional cameras, tripods, and flash photography are not permitted.
  • Please do not touch the artworks or exhibition structures.
  • Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the exhibition.
  • We kindly ask guardians to remain with children during the visit and help maintain a safe and quiet gallery environment.
  • Large items should be stored in the lockers provided. Umbrellas, strollers, suitcases, and other oversized items are not permitted inside the galleries.
  • Visitors are kindly asked to follow staff guidance regarding restricted items and gallery regulations.
  • Food, beverages, liquids, and pets are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.
  • Please set mobile phones to silent mode and take conversations or phone calls outside the galleries to help maintain a quiet viewing environment.

Lockers

Lockers are available in the corridor next to the museum ticket office for the storage of personal belongings.


  • Card payment only
  •  1,000 won for the first 2 hours
  • Additional 500 won for every 30 minutes thereafter
